Summary
An automotive lounge places the vehicle at the meeting point between desert landscape and considered hospitality.
The Brief
Present capability through its relationship with terrain while giving guests time to examine comfort and detail. The setting should support a conversation around the vehicle, not only a reveal.
The Inspiration
An expedition alternates travel with arrival. The lounge takes the moment of stopping in a landscape as its starting point, placing ease and exploration in the same frame.
The Concept
A thin canopy shades the vehicle, with low upholstered seating, stone surfaces and planting around it. Open edges preserve the desert view and keep the product connected to the wider setting.
The Experience
Guests arrive through the lounge, approach the vehicle from more than one side and settle into nearby seating for a discussion. Sunset changes the emphasis from exterior silhouette to the warmth of the interior presentation.
The Outcome
The vehicle is understood as part of a way of travelling. The lounge connects product inspection with the experience of arriving somewhere worth spending time.
